SOLUTIONS · BY INDUSTRYEvery industry has
its own power logic
We lead in energy equipment manufacturing: diesel and gas generators, lighting towers, solar systems, battery solutions and high-efficiency products. Innovation comes first, because it improves quality of life and has a positive effect on society.
01 — By industry
Six sites, six configurations
It is all generation, but a data centre fears ten seconds without power, a mine fears six months without an operator, and a farm wants its waste turned into fuel. The design starts from the constraint on site.
Smart power station
Custom island and peak-shaving stations designed, built and installed to your specification, schedule and budget. Even in harsh desert conditions the plant holds 7×24 supply, with station output above 200 MW and a choice of fuels.
Technical scope02Data centres
Emergency power for Tier IV data centres: redundant configuration, fast paralleling and on-load testing, so the seconds of transfer do not reach the racks.
Ask for a layout03Agriculture and livestock
By-products once treated as waste — manure, straw, processing residue — convert into clean fuel. Biogas generation is the clearest case: the pollution is handled and the electricity is paid for.
Ask for a layout04Petrochemical
In petrochemical plants, generating from process gas recovers industrial waste and puts environmental value and economics on the same ledger — a practical route to a low-carbon operation.
Ask for a layout05Gas-fired stations
Low carbon, high efficiency and flexible: gas generation is the bridge fuel of the transition — displacing coal now, running alongside renewables and hydrogen later.
Ask for a layout06Landfill and kitchen waste
Turn waste gas into dependable electricity and heat with less environmental impact. Modern waste handling captures or produces methane; BCP supplies biogas gensets that convert it into renewable fuel.
Ask for a layout02 — Scale
How large one scheme can go
From a single standby set to a 200 MW island station, the configuration changes but the delivery logic does not: read the load curve first, then fix the model and the count.
03 — How it starts
Four steps from duty to grid
Each step ends with a document, not a promise. After four steps, site conditions become a buildable configuration sheet.
- 01
Send the load list
Power, voltage and frequency, prime or standby, hours per day. That single page decides everything that follows.
- 02
Read the curve
Engineering picks the model, sets the unit count and drafts the paralleling scheme from the load curve and redundancy level.
- 03
Confirm the site
Fuel, installation environment and grid conditions, one by one. Drawings or a tender document are checked item by item.
- 04
Deliver and commission
On-load test at the works, commissioning on site, paralleling verification, then the O&M manual and spare-parts list.
Describe the site, and the scheme follows
Power demand, voltage and frequency, duty, fuel and installation environment — those five settle the configuration.
